Our supported living accommodation has been specifically designed to be homely, comfortable and welcoming, enabling adults to feel safe and looked after. We offer everything you’d expect to find in a modern family home, balanced alongside relevant modifications, enabling us to provide the best care for individual needs.
Independent Skills
Each individual will be helped to develop their skills to perform everyday tasks and promote health living
Life Skills
Relationship counselling, Coping mechanisms, Safe and protective behaviour work, education pathway, Career Advice, etc.
Healthcare
We help arrange adults to register at clinics, keeping appointments and accompanying them to their appointments.
School and Further Education Support
We have a list of schools and further education establishments in our locality and are able to liaise with them to place individual. We also offer full support to NEET service users.
Social and Recreational Activities
We help adults to build relationships and feel a sense of community within their surroundings. We will inform them of and take them to local cinemas, restaurants, for them to pursue hobbies and interests.
Cultural and Community Organisations
We will refer individual to local cultural/community organisations that provide support for a variety of cultural groups.
