Our Aim
High Standards Of Care
We aim to provide high standards of care in order to provide care to individuals until a long-term alternative living arrangement is achieved to support their growth and development including their physical, social, emotional and intellectual needs.
COPPICE CARE vision is to enable indivuals to live in a safe environment to thrive in every aspect of their lives in order to improve their outcomes where they can grow and develop. The motivation for the organisation's formation came from the founders due to their passion and extensive experience providing quality homes and support in diverse communities. Each home respects peopls as indivuals and provides for their religious and cultural needs, encouraging them to keep their sense of personal identity and community. We do not discriminate and treat everyone fairly and equally taking into account their background, culture, race, gender, age, disability and sexuality.
By real homes we mean a home that meets not only the needs but also the aspirations of the individuals we house. In some cases, this may be a short-term solution to a crisis situation or a steppingstone to their permanent home in the community. In others this will be a home for life or a means to live in a safe environment for as long as possible. In any situation we aim to do the best to protect and promote the health and welfare of the individuals we support and nurture their overall growth and development, including their physical, social, emotional and intellectual needs. We always strive to provide good quality in all that we do. We believe that it is an advantage as we can be closer to our indivuals and hear better what they want from our services and so try to continually improve what we do. When adults come to COPPICE CARE, they will have a care plan which will outline their care needs, what is supposed to happen while they are living here and what is supposed to happen at the end of their stay.

Our purpose in enabling individual to thrive in every aspect of their lives means that COPPICE CARE will provide the housing and the support of care services, we are motivated by the needs of individual we provide accommodation to in the community and it is our mission to seek the best solutions to individual’s needs whether that is by providing services ourselves, working in partnership with others or acting as facilitators or agents in helping appropriate services to be developed, delivered and accessed.
